The Tropical Biology Association is a company limited by guarantee with no share capital (Company No. 05827864), incorporated 24/05/2006, and a registered charity (no. 1116111). The TBA Council is made up of leading biologists representing eight countries. It includes the directors of the company and the trustees of the charity.
