Many of our past participants are establishing TBA alumni groups in order to continue the TBA ethos, develop collaborative conservation projects and take on capacity building activities in their own institutions. TBA encourages participants to continue their education after their courses, and the TBA provides scholarships to enable them to undertake studies at Masters level.
