About us:
joining TBA
The TBA welcomes membership from universities, networks of university departments, and non-governmental organisations.
Members of the TBA receive the following privileges:
- Members may recommend participants or "course fellows" for priority access to at least one course place a year. Places are not guaranteed, but will be awarded on applicants merit and suitability for the course.
- Applications from member institutions will be given priority over applications from non-member institutions. If course fellows are accepted, tuition fees will be waived (accommodation, facilities, and air fare would still have to be paid).
- Members will be sent information concerning TBA courses and other activities, and they receive whatever information the TBA develops on non-TBA research projects, courses and sources of funds.
- Representatives from member institutions sit on the TBA council and help guide the TBA in its training courses and future activities.
For details of membership rates, please e-mail tba@zoo.cam.ac.uk . If institutional or departmental members wish to reserve places for more than one student, the payment is a simple multiple of the per-student rate.
